About Ryan
My background is in real estate investment: working deals, understanding value at a ground level, and developing an eye for property that goes well beyond the listing sheet. It's something I'm still actively involved in alongside my work as an agent.
I'm Ryan McCord, a Nashville-based Compass agent, and I built my practice on two things: market knowledge and genuine relationships.
Today I work with buyers and sellers across Nashville, from first-time homeowners to seasoned investors to clients looking for something exceptional at the top of the market. Regardless of price point, every client gets the same thing: my full attention, honest advice, and an agent who is reachable and accountable from the first showing to the closing table.
The best part of this job isn't the closing. It's the relationship that comes with it. I take pride in the fact that clients who've worked with me don't just move on. They stay in touch, they refer their friends, and they come back.
